Food is among the most important essentials in our life. We need food to keep ourselves alive, retain our energy, and satisfy our nutritional needs, etc. Here’s another beautiful reason to stop by your local grocery store today: Certain foods contain the ingredients that are able to keep skin healthy, supple and smooth.

“There’s a growing body of research showing that diet really does affect your complexion,” says Jessica Wu, MD, a dermatologist in Los Angeles and author of Feed Your Face. “What you eat can affect your hormone balance, cause acne, and create or lessen inflammation, which is associated with skin aging.”

In this blog post, we are going to recommend some healthy food, and recipes containing them. All recipes listed here are courtesy of healthy diet expert Ms. My Nguyen, the author of http://myhealthydish.com/. You will be able to find simple and delicious healthy recipes on her website.
