Returns and exchanges policy
At DermaMed, every product is crafted with care and passion to ensure customer satisfaction. If you wish to return a product, please reach out to our Customer Service team.
Damaged or Defective items:
If your shipment includes damaged or defective item(s) due to our error, please send a photo of the damaged item(s) along with your order number to orders@dermamed.com and we will address the issue. 
Return and exchange policy:
All SALES items are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Exchanges are not eligible for promotions, and merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged more than 60 days after its purchase date.
A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns, refunds and/or exchanges. If a copy of the original invoice is not available, the invoice number must be quoted.

We’ll process the return as soon as we receive it and refund your order automatically (shipping cost excluded).
  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the purchase date.
  • This policy is only valid for orders made through dermamed.com. Other items purchased from other retailers cannot be returned or exchanged on our website.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for your shipping cost, and we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
